1. Services
Ravendale Training and Behaviour provides dog training and behaviour advice using force-free, ethical methods.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Following training advice consistently
- Ensuring safety of all people and animals
- Providing accurate information about their dog
3. Behaviour Disclaimer
While every effort is made to support your dog, behaviour change depends on many factors and no guarantees can be made.
4. Payment
- Payment terms must be agreed prior to sessions
- Sessions may require upfront payment
5. Cancellations
- 48 hours notice required]
- Late cancellations may be charged
6. Liability
Ravendale Training and Behaviour is not liable for:
- Injuries caused by a client’s dog
- Failure to follow training advice
7. Use of Equipment
We only use force-free, humane training methods.
8. Media
Photos/videos may be used for marketing with permission.
